We capped off the long weekend with a stroll down to a neighborhood pot-luck where we got the chance to meet several of our neighbors that we’ve only seen in passing cars and behind closing garage doors.  We had NO IDEA there were so many kids in such a short span of the cul-de-sac behind our house and I am so excited for my little one to be big enough to ride a bike and make precious friendships here.  I left my big girl camera at home for the majority of the evening but ran back to grab it just for the purpose of documenting the day.  I do wish my child liked real-life grocery carts (and sitting in them!) as much as she did this one.
