Today we showered one of my very best friends, Anna, to celebrate the upcoming arrival of her first born.  The anticipation of a big life event is always so fun to celebrate, but I must admit that to me, baby showers > bridal showers…I mean, I love Noritake wine glasses and the newest version of white Pottery Barn dishes as much as the next girl…but nothing beats a miniature pair of frat-tastic shorts and a mailman hat the size of your palm.  Right?  Here are a few shots of the event.  Credit must go to Katie Phister of Sweet Pops here in Atlanta – also one of the hostesses – for the precious cake and frosted cookie favors.  You will definitely be seeing more of her goodies here in the coming months, as we have much to celebrate coming our way!

PS – for the record, I’m counting these towards my 365 for the day…gotta stay accountable!  (Especially since I’m only 8 days in and already missed one day…shame, shame.)
