My grandparents celebrate their wedding anniversary two days before my own anniversary.  They are such an incredible example of everlasting love and commitment and are such an inspiration to me.  They were in town from Wisconsin for the Thanksgiving holiday and I was thrilled to be able to take some “non-traditional” portraits for them 🙂  No marbleized navy paper and umbrellas for this one!
